Modern home blending classic elements and stepped volumes.
A new construction for a young family that harmoniously blends modern design with timeless classic features. Originally, the client desired a home with a pitched roof. However, due to urban planning constraints, only flat roofs were allowed. Thus classic elements were incorporated into a modern design language. The stepped cornice is a nod to classic architectural traditions, which crowns the modern lines and sleek surfaces of the structure.
